I limit my law practice to estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and related matters. Working in a friendly confidential atmosphere, I listen carefully to the concerns and needs of my clients and work with them toward a comprehensive yet practical approach for each person’s individual needs.

Estate Planning
While some define estate planning as “planning for death,” I take a broader approach in my practice and begin with today and move forward through possible incapacity, death, and how beneficiaries are to receive their inheritance. It is lifetime family planning for my clients and their loved ones.
Probate
When there is a death, I meet with the person the will appoints to represent the estate or with loved ones to begin the process of administering the estate.
Trust and Estate Administration
I represent beneficiaries of both estates and trusts. I also counsel trustees on the proper exercise of their fiduciary duties.
